Sales Supervisor

Work Schedule: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee daily stall operations in the wet market.

Lead, guide, and evaluate sales staff and butchers on duties and performance.

Ensure fresh meat is properly displayed, handled, and stored in compliance with hygiene standards.

Serve customers, provide product recommendations, and fulfill special cutting requests.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and implement measures to minimize waste.

Set, track, and review daily sales targets and staff performance.

Handle cash transactions, billing, and maintain basic records accurately.

Maintain stall cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate stall opening and closing procedures.

Requirements: Prior supervisory experience in retail preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
