Located in Dinard, just steps from the sea, our company brings together a Research & Development laboratory and a human-scale industrial production unit, focused on innovation, quality, and sustainable development. Pioneers in our sector, we possess the first French cosmetic factory built following a High Environmental Quality approach. Our site is ISO 22716, COSMOS, and EVE VEGAN certified.
Your main missions:
Innovate and develop the products of tomorrow Design and develop innovative cosmetic formulas meeting market trends and customer expectations, Evaluate and integrate new raw materials, technologies, and formulation processes, Guarantee the performance, stability, and industrial feasibility of developments. Coordinate development projects in collaboration with the Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Industrialization, and Production teams, Be the technical referent for projects and ensure their smooth progress while respecting deadlines, costs, and quality requirements, Support sales teams during technical exchanges with clients and participate in project presentations, Manage the R&D laboratory Guarantee compliance with good laboratory practices as well as internal procedures, Understand the technical needs of clients and propose adapted innovative solutions,
The profile we are looking for:
You hold a PhD in Chemistry (or an equivalent degree at the Bac+8 level) and have a first experience in cosmetic product development. You master formulation techniques and possess excellent knowledge of raw materials, development processes, and cosmetic regulations.
