Job Summary Manage and maintain the store inventory system and IT infrastructure to ensure operational accuracy and security. Provide technical support for end-users and events, troubleshoot POS and IT issues, and contribute to company projects as assigned. Responsibilities Update and manage the store inventory system to maintain accurate and current information Provide timely day-to-day technical support to end-users to ensure smooth operations Install, configure, administer, and maintain software and hardware according to technical specifications Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve POS and IT-related problems to minimize downtime Advise and support onsite and offsite events with IT and technical requirements Ensure IT security for servers and computer systems to protect company data and infrastructure Complete additional projects and duties as assigned by the company
