Your tasks

• Filter sterilisation of Unit Dose Batches
• Bulk Heat Sterilisation of Unit Dose Batches
• Autoclave sterilisation of equipment
• Equipment CIP
• Equipment SIP
• Solution transfer to UD Filling
• Integrity testing of product filters/ vent filters
• Prepare Components and equipment for batch manufacture
• Maintenance of equipment to a high standard
• Preventative Maintenance of equipment
• Adhering to good documentation standards when completing documentation
• Adhere to good aseptic practices

Requirements

• Experience 2-3 years working in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Manufacturing/ Cleanroom experience preferable
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good communication skills
