AbbVie France is recruiting a QA Specialist - Operating Site, France, reporting to the Head of Commercial QA - Operating Site, France, for our Quality Assurance team integrated into the Commercial division. The position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt. By joining our company as a QA Specialist - Operating Site, France, you will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of AbbVie France's quality system for medicines, medical devices, cosmetic and aesthetic products. Your main missions will be: Contribute to the management of the quality system under the responsibility of the QA manager. Participate in continuous improvement processes and non-conformity management. Ensure the management of Change Controls at the operating site level and coordinate the process within the subsidiary. Manage serialization alerts as part of the fight against medicine falsification. Participate in shortage management and the maintenance of Shortage Management Plans. Coordinate the Product Quality Review (PQR) process at the local level. Contribute to the management of the Promotional Information Charter framework. Ensure the review and articulation of group and subsidiary quality documentation. Participate in internal training on quality expertise areas. Provide support during health authority inspections and Corporate audits.
Our Quality Assurance team is looking for a QA Specialist with a scientific background at a Master's level (Pharmacy or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (including internships and apprenticeships). Experience on a production site is an asset. Required knowledge, skills, and qualities: Good knowledge of quality management systems in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in project management and in a regulated environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and associated IT systems. Good level of professional English. Professional relations Internally: collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Supply Chain, Logistics & Distribution, Customer Service, IT, Medical, Economic and Institutional Affairs, Business Units, Customer Excellence teams, as well as Group Quality teams. Externally: interactions with Health Authorities (ANSM) and service providers.
