  • Directly lead two coordinators (HCP Core and Events IFT + Marketing Services Core), four indirect reports, and manage outsourced teams (currently ~14 people including outsourced staff across various cores).
  • Create and implement processes, procedures, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs) for Marketing Services, promoting centralization, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and confidentiality in Center of Excellence processes, acting as a “Gatekeeper” for operational flows to allow business and marketing areas to maintain greater strategic focus on brands.
  • Lead continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation projects for processes and systems, including RunMyProcess, MAP, and other tools, from diagnosis to measurement of benefits. Define priorities, scope, owners, schedule, risks, and success indicators, integrating areas and promoting innovation to support company growth. Evaluate AI and Copilot in company-approved solutions, with validation of results and information protection.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for performance, productivity, quality, costs, and SLAs, including calculation criteria, monitoring routines, and management dashboards. Analyze capacity versus demand considering volume, complexity, seasonality, and deadlines; identify bottlenecks and adjust priorities, activity distribution, and resources without compromising quality and compliance. Report results, causes of deviations, and action plans to leadership.
  • Develop and lead process training and disseminate best practices to internal and outsourced teams, agencies, and partner areas, ensuring quality in processes and service.
  • Analyze event indicators against objectives agreed upon with the business, identifying trends, deviations, and opportunities. Translate results into recommendations for the planning and prioritization of Marketing and Sales initiatives, observing data quality and interpretation limits.
  • Act in partnership with Brand Teams and National Sales Managers, aligning services with business priorities. Manage relationships with legal, marketing, finance, other business areas, outsourced agencies, and strategic partners, aligning expectations and action plans.
