Within the Technical / Life Sciences team, you will contribute to ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and the performance of the industrial site's infrastructure, utilities, and technical services, in a high-tech pharmaceutical environment. The objective of the HVAC maintenance technician is to take charge of the operation and maintenance of equipment related to their professional expertise in the fields of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

Mission No. 1: OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HVAC UTILITIES Be the technical referent for activities related to HVAC systems on site. Ensure the operation of utilities related to their activity. (Chiller, AHU, Boiler room, DHW "Domestic Hot Water", Black steam, City water supply, Weighing booths, Fume hood, Laminar flow hood and PSM (Microbiological Safety Cabinets), chemical cabinets) Perform preventive, curative, and predictive maintenance activities, when applicable, according to the directives given by their manager and the annual maintenance plan defined by the GMP rules for the maintenance of HVAC equipment (Chillers, AHU, Boiler room, air conditioning, Weighing booths, Fume hood, Laminar flow hood and PSM (Microbiological Safety Cabinets), chemical cabinets). Coordinate external companies intervening on the field related to their field of activity for which their level of expertise requires the support of an external resource, but also within the framework of site expansion projects, improvements to existing systems, or maintenance. Control and ensure the follow-up of interventions by external companies under contract and non-contract. Participate in the maintenance activities of other equipment in the department when necessary. Be proactive in the activities of the hub.

Mission No. 2: HVAC EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT Ensure the traceability of interventions: documentation of actions carried out on equipment according to the site's GMP rules, traceability of interventions on equipment Log books as well as on the CMMS. Propose and implement improvement and optimization actions for equipment in activities related to HVAC systems. Manage the supply and stock of parts necessary for maintenance operations. Monitor energy consumption and propose optimization axes for the performance of fluid, air, and hydraulic equipment. Participate with their manager in the evolution of annual maintenance contracts. Ensure the maintenance of the qualified/validated state of all concerned equipment and installations as well as documentary updates. Maintain compliance of the system as well as the management of refrigerants. Be responsible for monitoring gas consumption on the recording software. Follow, control, and document the waste reprocessing path, ensuring compliance with leak test periodicities for the regulatory aspect in the computerized system. Participate in the drafting of a deviation, an investigation, and a CAPA, if necessary within the scope of their activity. Respect the associated deadlines.

Mission No. 3: INSTALLATION OF NEW HVAC EQUIPMENT Participate, according to the directives given by their manager and in partnership with the project hub, in the study and validation of design documentation for new HVAC equipment. Participate, in collaboration with their line manager and/or project hub, in the drafting of specifications and calls for tender for the acquisition or modification of installations. Participate in the reception, validation, and qualification (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ,) of new equipment/new installations/HVAC systems. Participate with their manager in the development of maintenance schedules and integrate them into the CMMS. Participate with their manager in setting up maintenance contracts for new equipment. Participate with the methods hub in the development of FMEA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis). Participate in technical training for new equipment and write work instructions.

Mission No. 4: CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING OF CMMS ASSETS (COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) Plan scheduled, curative, preventive, and improvement maintenance operations according to the Work Orders generated by the CMMS. Participate in the equipment walkthrough of their scope and document any identified non-conformities in the CMMS.

Training and professional experience BTS industrial maintenance or BTS Climate/Energy engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration installations. Vocational Baccalaureate (Bac pro) with 3 years of experience if completed via work-study. With 5 years of experience without work-study.

Knowledge and skills Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment regarding international regulations and authorities. Good knowledge of national health, safety, and environmental regulations. Knowledge of Method tools (CMMS, 5S, Lean, FMEA). Fundamentals of electrotechnics. Mastery of the operation of Air Handling Units, direct expansion air conditioning, boiler rooms, chilled water production equipment. Knowledge in electrotechnics (Troubleshooting on control and command cabinets). Apply a troubleshooting and failure analysis methodology. Knowledge in automation (understanding of a GRAFCET), regulation, and instrumentation. Expertise in the field of maintenance.
