MISSION:

Excellently perform the role of Onco-Hematology Consultant, implementing Marketing and Sales strategies in the states of Pará, Paraíba, and Pernambuco. You will act by promoting a portfolio of high therapeutic value and contributing directly so that patients with cancer and hematological diseases have access to treatments of high clinical impact, with the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop the adaptation of the brand strategy for your territory in partnership with the Brand Manager, MSLs, and Access Managers, under the leadership of the District Manager;
  • Identify the result drivers of key accounts and, in partnership with the Market Access team, contribute to the development of solutions and implementation of the account plan;
  • Continuously build market intelligence, supported by insights generated by AI, understanding customer needs, territory dynamics, competition, segmentation, key accounts, diseases, products, and clinical studies;
  • Develop and execute a visitation plan oriented by data and Artificial Intelligence tools, with clear objectives and metrics that optimize coverage, frequency, and quality of interactions with key customers, continuously evaluating post-visit performance;
  • Work with other members of the In Field team (Market Access and MSL) to ensure the execution of engagement plans, as well as the preparation and/or updating of transactional journeys for key accounts in the territory;
  • Effectively perform objection handling, overcoming potential conflicts that may impact demand generation;
  • Monitor performance and results, analyzing business KPIs and creating mitigation plans for course correction when necessary, reporting the evolution of results in a structured manner;
  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets, in order to meet or exceed established individual and business objectives;
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with specialists, speakers, opinion leaders, and influence groups, participating in congresses and medical events to maximize brand performance and presence.

EDUCATION:

Completed higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or health areas. Intermediate English.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Pharmaceutical and healthcare market, with a focus on Oncology and/or Hematology.
  • Strategic business vision and performance in a matrix environment.
  • Market analysis, territorial intelligence, and data-driven management.
  • Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the optimization of commercial performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Active driver's license.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical market with demand generation and interaction with doctors/health operators, in Hematology or Oncology.
  • Experience with the public and private Health System.
  • Experience with market analysis and business management, with the ability to use digital and Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize analyses, administrative and financial processes, and strategic vision of the territory.

WORK LOCATION:

Recife (PE) - 70% - with coverage of the states of Pará, Paraíba, and Pernambuco (30%).
