Your tasks

To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Trade Marketing Category Manager.

• Participation in strategy development in chain and independent retail together with business units, the key account management team, and the sales team
• Participation in annual chain planning, effective use of investments (promo activities) aimed at increasing sales levels
• Development of trade activity strategy in pharmacy chains
• Monitoring the progress of assigned tasks and ensuring timely information to internal clients regarding the implementation of the strategy
• Development of special programs together with Key Account Managers, including analysis of specific segments to identify opportunities for increasing market share
• Calculation of trade marketing activities, analysis of their effectiveness
• Analysis of the pharmaceutical market, searching for and implementing new opportunities for category development. Monitoring the target audience and competitive environment
• Identification of risks, developing solutions to prevent them
• Preparation of analytical data for monthly retail reviews
• Analysis of advertising campaign results and preparation of reports

Requirements

Successful Candidate Profile

• Higher education
• Experience in independent project management and knowledge of trade marketing promotion tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Analytical mindset, ability to analyze large volumes of data and formulate conclusions
• High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexibility and openness to new ideas
• English language - Intermediate level and above
