Your tasks

• Placing and processing customer orders for Russia and Belarus, entering them into the system (SAP);
• Ordering and supplying equipment in accordance with contract terms;
• Coordinating the shipment of customer orders from warehouses in Germany and Russia;
• Communicating with the warehouse in Germany regarding product availability and expiration dates;
• Timely and prompt communication with customers regarding order shipments, preparation and provision of necessary shipping and other documents to customers;
• Processing customer inquiries regarding product expiration dates;
• Checking customer accounts receivable status;
• Maintaining reporting on shipped orders;
• Processing requests from related departments (sales, service, finance, regulatory department, and other functions), cross-functional interaction;
• Working with customer claims.

Requirements

Successful Candidate Profile

• Higher education;
• Experience in order management, customer service (preferably Pharma, FMCG) – from 1 year;
• Experience working in SAP;
• Knowledge of Excel, Word;
• Basic knowledge of Russian Federation legislation;
• Customer orientation;
• Ability to work in a team and support team culture;
• English level – intermediate;
• Accuracy in handling affairs.
