Established Pharmaceuticals (EPD) The pharmaceutical division offers a wide selection of medicines with proven efficacy that meet patient needs. To fill a vacancy, we are announcing a competition for the position of Business Unit Project Manager.

Key Tasks:

• Managing business unit projects both upon assignment from the direct supervisor and by proposing own projects that contribute to business development or optimization of unit processes
• Supporting updates of analytical reports – both regular and ad-hoc based on market data (IQVIA, AlphaRM, Ipsos, etc.)
• Implementing cross-functional business unit projects together with the manager, managing change and operational efficiency.
• Assisting the Manager and colleagues in the business unit in decision-making, providing necessary business analytics, justifying recommendations, creating action plans, and coordinating with all stakeholders
• Providing evidence-based recommendations to assist the Business Unit Manager in the decision-making process.
• Preparing reports and presentations for various business reviews and meetings with senior management, as well as meetings within the department and the company.

Profile of a Successful Candidate:

• Higher education
• Experience in positions of strategic project manager, commercial effectiveness analyst, or financial analyst.
• Advanced Excel user (basic formulas/pivot tables/working with OLAP cubes).
• Ability to build predictive models and generally model different business situations.
• Advanced Power Point user.
• Presentation design and story-telling skills.
• Knowledge of SQL – some reports are built on SQL queries with database connection and data processing using power query.
• Power BI – at a user level, must know how to work with the tool.
• English language proficiency no lower than Upper-intermediate
• Experience in consulting companies/experience preparing presentations for C-level will be an advantage.
• Leading position in project management and autonomy in problem-solving.
