Logistics and Foreign Economic Activity Specialist

A vacancy for a Logistics and Foreign Economic Activity Specialist has opened in the Laboratory Diagnostics division

Main tasks:

• Preparation of materials and documents for customs clearance of products (reagents and equipment for laboratory diagnostics)
• Preparation of CMR instructions and Itemized breakdowns for Transport companies
• Obtaining certificates and declarations of conformity
• Interaction with product manufacturers, certification bodies, customs brokers, and transport companies
• Maintaining databases of supplied products
• Working with Temporary Storage Warehouses (monitoring products located at the TSV, monitoring their duration of stay)
• Entering new, previously unimported items into the system, selecting the "correct HS code," and drafting professional technical descriptions for reagents and spare parts, taking into account the legislation of the RF and requirements for providing permits

Profile of a successful candidate:

• Practical experience in logistics (transport, warehouse, or procurement), foreign economic activity, or customs clearance for 2+ years.
• Knowledge of the customs legislation of the RF and the Customs Union, knowledge of the legislation regulating the circulation of products.
• Knowledge of product certification systems. Practical experience in obtaining documents necessary for the circulation of products in the RF and Customs Union countries is desirable.
• English: intermediate and above
• Experience working in SAP and good knowledge of excel will be a competitive advantage
