Senior Product Manager (Neurology)

Established Pharmaceuticals (EPD) The Established Pharmaceuticals division offers a wide selection of medicines with proven efficacy that meet patient needs. To fill a vacancy, we are announcing a competition for the position of Senior Product Manager (Neurology direction: global brand - category leader, №1 in the company's neuro portfolio)
Key Tasks:
- maintaining brand growth dynamics in relevant markets in value and volume terms, ensuring sales plan fulfillment
- conducting market and competitive environment analysis, initiating corrective measures if necessary;
- developing and implementing the product marketing strategy aimed at healthcare professionals (physicians and pharmacists);
- developing and approving advertising and information materials, preparing materials for the promotion team and partners, conducting product training;
- preparing and presenting at semi-annual and annual meetings with the SF team;
- analyzing SF KPI of visit activity
- compiling and controlling the marketing budget
- cross-functional work
- managing the product P&L, planning and controlling financial product health indicators
Successful Candidate Profile:
- successful experience in managing prescription brands in the pharmaceutical market, verifiable by independent sources;
- result-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and organize time;
- confident work with KOLs, developed communication skills;
- initiative, proactive approach to working on strategy and tactics;
- ability to find enjoyment in complex tasks requiring engagement and acquiring new knowledge;
- someone who knows how to and loves working in a team;
- knowledge of English (no lower than Upper Intermediate).
