Planning and Commercial Effectiveness Manager (Diagnostics Division)

To fill a vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Planning and Commercial Effectiveness Manager.

Key Tasks:

1. Managing the division's business planning process

• Conducting monthly local IBP with the participation of the commercial team and management of all division functions
• Preparing ad-hoc reports upon request from colleagues in the global office
• Participating in the monthly IBP review

1. Incentive scheme for the commercial team

• Annual preparation and approval of the local bonus scheme for the commercial team based on global recommendations
• Presentation of the bonus scheme to the commercial team
• Formation of sales plans for commercial employees based on the division sales plan
• Calculation of bonuses for the commercial team

1. CRM system support

• Consulting the team on complex issues requiring managerial expertise
• Training newcomers on how to work with the CRM system
• Conducting knowledge update training for the commercial team

1. Generation of ad-hoc analytical reports upon request

1. Planning and accounting of equipment deliveries

• Formation and updating of the equipment delivery plan
• Placing orders
• Communication with the commercial team regarding shipment dates and equipment distribution to customers
• Generation of reports

1. Coordination and control of the Business Analyst's work

Successful Candidate Profile:

• Higher education, preferably in finance, logistics, or economics
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management/finance
• Experience in business process optimization, project management, proficient in Excel
• Organizational skills, leadership qualities, ability to learn, drive for change
• Fluency in English
