Your tasks

• Assistance in organizing and conducting events (internal and external) from a document management perspective
• Communication with service providers (requesting quotations, estimates, documents)
• Maintaining the department's document flow (including electronic)
• Working in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, Compass, Spectra/ Veeva
• Approval of purchase requests
• Assisting the Head of Division as needed

Requirements

Successful Candidate Profile

• Higher education
• Experience working as an assistant or department coordinator in a large international company for one year or more is desirable
• Experience in maintaining document flow, including electronic
• Working in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, Compass, Spectra/ Veeva
• English language - Pre-Intermediate level
• Communication skills, responsibility, accuracy, high speed of task execution
