Your tasks

• Strategic management of key accounts within the area of responsibility;
• Achievement of company KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis;
• Conducting negotiations with key decision-makers of KA and distributors;
• Implementation of listings, rotations, coordination of price changes, and launching new products according to the company's goals and strategy;
• Development and implementation of processes for effective inventory management and marketing service expenditure;
• Management and execution of departmental projects in collaboration with colleagues;
• Providing high-quality analytical reports in accordance with established company procedures.

Requirements

Profile of a successful candidate

• Higher education;
• English language from intermediate level (written and oral);
• Experience in managing federal retail chains in the FMCG market;
• A history of successfully implemented projects and cases in the field of portfolio development and budget efficiency;
• Experience in conducting negotiations at the Category Manager level and above;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
