Main tasks:

• Providing service and technical support to customers within your area of responsibility
• Identifying and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
• Planning and performing preventive maintenance of equipment
• Updating equipment and software
• Timely escalation of technical issues and problems to the company's global service level

Profile of a successful candidate:

• Higher education in the field of: medicine / biomedicine / medical technologies / engineering
• Excellent sales skills, successful experience in client business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with key decision-makers
• Technical literacy is desirable, engineering experience is preferred
• English language at no lower than Intermediate level
• Readiness for business trips
