Product Manager (Gastroenterology)

Established Pharmaceuticals (EPD) The Established Pharmaceuticals division offers a wide selection of medicines with proven efficacy that meet patient needs. To fill a vacancy, we are announcing a competition for the position of Product Manager (Gastroenterology, RX promotion).
Key Tasks:
- development and implementation of a product marketing plan aimed at healthcare professionals and end consumers based on market analysis, prescription data, media landscape, and business processes related to brand performance;
- maintaining brand dynamics above relevant markets in value and volume, ensuring sales plan fulfillment;
- development and approval of advertising and information materials, planning and implementation of marketing activities for the promo cycle;
- conducting product training within the area of responsibility;
- preparation and control of the marketing budget implementation;
- preparation and delivery of presentations on assigned brands at business reviews.
Profile of a Successful Candidate:
- successful, independently verifiable experience in managing prescription brands in the pharmaceutical market;
- experience with OTC brands and gastro-brands is not mandatory but is an advantage;
- result-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and organize time;
- confident work with KOLs, developed communication skills;
- basic knowledge of media metrics and the fundamentals of media planning (not mandatory, but preferred);
- experience working with creative agencies;
- initiative, a proactive approach to strategy and tactics, the ability to find enjoyment in complex tasks that require engagement and acquiring new knowledge;
- English proficiency level – intermediate and above.
