To fill this vacancy, we are announcing a competition for the position of Technical Support Specialist / Customer support specialist (Laboratory Diagnostics Division)
Key Tasks:
- Providing consultations to the company's customers regarding analyzers, systems, and tools via telephone, email, or online tools
- Maintaining appropriate reporting on customer interactions to ensure compliance with Abbott quality standards, in accordance with legal regulations, corporate policies, and customer service procedures.
- Organizing training sessions for customers on the correct operation of Abbott equipment
- On-site consultations at the customer's location to resolve application issues, conducting training and educational events for equipment operators
Successful Candidate Profile:
- Higher professional education (medical or biological)
- At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical diagnostic laboratory (physician-laboratory technician, quality control physician, etc.)
- Readiness for business trips
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level and above
- Ability to express thoughts structurally and correctly, both orally and in writing
- Analytical skills
- Experience with similar automated analytical systems is desirable
- Knowledge of practical QC algorithms in a routine laboratory setting is desirable
