We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team member to join our team in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Create customized travel quotations & itineraries
- Communicate with English-speaking clients via email & WhatsApp
- Manage hotel & villa reservations through OTAs
- Handle booking administration and payment tracking
- Assist with invoices and supplier reconciliations
- Resolve booking issues and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
