Temporary Concierge - Festive Period!!

Your tasks

As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment while maintaining the high standards expected within a premium residential development.

Key responsibilities include

• Welcoming and assisting residents, guests and visitors
• Managing the reception and front-of-house area
• Handling resident requests and enquiries professionally
• Managing deliveries, parcels and courier collections
• Coordinating contractors, visitors and appointments
• Monitoring access and maintaining building security procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Assisting with resident events and development activities
• Liaising with building management and other on-site teams
• Maintaining accurate logs and handover information

Requirements

We are seeking polished, professional and personable Temporary Concierges to join our team, providing outstanding front-of-house service across some of London's most prestigious residential developments.

• Reliable, punctual and highly organised
• Comfortable working with high-net-worth residents and VIP guests
• Experienced in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge, property or premium customer service
• Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience within luxury residential, five-star hospitality or premium front-of-house environments is highly desirable.
