Concierge / Building Porter £28,000 | 4 on / 4 off | 8am-8pm | Bethnal Green This is a hands-on role combining resident-facing customer service with the practical day-to-day running of the building. Ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position, takes pride in their work and is happy to get stuck in. The role will involve: Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors. Managing parcels, deliveries and key control. Carrying out regular building checks and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Keeping communal areas and the bin store clean and tidy. Maintaining records, completing scheduled checks and logging incidents. Supporting the general security and smooth running of the building. What we're looking for: Experience in residential concierge, building porter, caretaker or a similar role. A friendly, professional and reliable approach. Someone practical, organised and comfortable working independently. A hands-on attitude with a good eye for detail.
