• Education in the field of sustainability, environment, or a related field - Knowledge of ESG reporting and regulatory requirements in the field of sustainability - Ability to set and monitor KPIs and target values - Experience in leading sustainability projects and programs - Strategic thinking and the ability to connect business and sustainability goals - Ability to speak English fluently (level B2 and above) - Experience with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, internal teams) is an advantage
