About the company

Description We are currently looking for Drive Module Assemblers for our partner, ABB Oy Drives, in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, for two-shift work.

Your tasks

• You will mechanically assemble drive modules as part of a team at ABB Oy Drives in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, with comprehensive training provided.
• Applicants should have vocational education in a relevant field, about six months' work experience, and English language skills, plus a positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• This is a full-time, fixed-term position (initially until the end of the year) with a two-shift weekly rotation (morning and evening) and salary paid monthly.
• The role is employed through Barona Teollisuus Oy, includes employee benefits and potential for longer-term work, and requires passing a drug test; applications must be submitted via the application form.

In this role, your responsibilities will include the mechanical assembly of drive modules. You will work as part of a team in a pleasant and modern working environment. The production of drive modules is divided into various stages, with each employee having a clearly defined role. Comprehensive training will be provided for the position.

The selected candidates will be employed with Barona Teollisuus Oy. The work is carried out from Monday to Friday in a two-shift rotation, alternating weekly between morning shifts (approximately 6.00am - 2.00pm) and evening shifts (approximately 2.00pm to 10.00pm).

The positions are available to start as agreed, potentially on a short notice, and the employment is initially fixed-term until the end of the year. Successful employees will have a strong opportunity to continue in a longer-term position.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a drug test, and passing the test is a condition of employment.
