The Quality Manager at Lindningskopplarna creates the conditions for seamless product development and manufacturing, as well as contributing to ensuring our customers are always satisfied with us.

You lead the quality work, and together with your group, you act as experts and advisors within all quality parameters, with a focus on implementing corrective actions and strategic improvements. To see how things are progressing in your area of responsibility, the following indicators are some concrete examples:

• Customer cases [Incoming, Open, Resolved on time]
• Number of completed and implemented improvements [st]
• Downtime [hours] and quality deficiency costs [SEK]

You will be part of the management group for Lindningskopplarna, and report to the Unit Manager for Lindningskopplarna.

Your ability to handle many contact surfaces and build successful relationships (internal/external) will be crucial to the result.
