What to expect in your new job

Our client is an international industrial company. For the Bad Hersfeld location, we are looking for a Quality Management Employee (m/f/d) as part of our recruitment services.

• You ensure that all incoming quality reports from customers are processed quickly, structurally, and reliably.
• You document quality deviations and initiate appropriate corrective and improvement measures – following the proven 8D methodology.
• You keep an eye on quality costs, inform the relevant departments, and ensure that causes are resolved sustainably.
• You record all quality data and prepare it for regular reporting and evaluations.

What you bring to the role

• A completed technical or commercial vocational training – ideally with a focus on Quality Management – or a comparable qualification.
• At least three years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the Automotive environment (VDA, AIAG, Core Tools).
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Technical understanding, ideally with knowledge in electronics.
• You enjoy working independently and structurally, take on responsibility, and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
