What to expect in your new job

Our client is an internationally operating company. For the location in Bad Hersfeld, we are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) as part of our recruitment services.

• Independent management of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB / IFRS
• Performance of account reconciliations and clarification of balance sheet issues
• Budget planning, forecasts, and reporting
• Responsibility for P&L and balance sheets
• Support in the optimization of accounting processes and internal controls

What you bring to the role

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting or accounting
• Experience in an international corporation
• Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office
• Structured, precise way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
