What to expect in your new job

• You manage the entire order processing and ensure timely and smooth processing of customer orders
• You create shipping and export documents and accompany the shipping process until successful completion
• You take over the procurement of operating and consumable materials, process incoming invoices, and support invoice verification
• You maintain and update master data in SAP and ensure high data quality
• You support the Sales and Purchasing departments in daily business and undertake general organizational and administrative tasks in the office

What you bring to the role

• You have completed commercial training, preferably in Logistics / Freight Forwarding, and ideally bring professional experience in order and export processing
• You impress with technical understanding as well as a structured and independent way of working
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel. SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You have good written and spoken English skills
• You work in a service-oriented manner, communicate confidently, and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner
