Do you like order, structure, and the feeling that everything is in its right place? Do you enjoy Excel, systems, and large amounts of information, and are you the person who is happy to say ”I'll fix it” when something needs to be solved? Scandtap is now looking for a Product Administrator who wants to become an important part of the work behind a growing premium range.

Your future employer

Scandtap is a Scandinavian interior design concept in the premium segment for bathrooms and kitchens. We design and manufacture stainless steel mixers and other interior details in timeless design and of high quality. Our motto ”Design with care” reflects our ambition to offer high design value with consideration for people and the environment.

Since its start in 2015, we have grown to become Scandinavia's leading brand for stainless steel mixers. In 2024, we became part of Smedbo Group and continue to expand in existing and new markets.

Today, Scandtap's assortment includes over 2,300 items, and more are on the way.

What does the role offer?

As a Product Administrator, you will become part of a team of four people who work closely with Scandtap's products and assortment.

Your task will primarily be to ensure that product information is correct, complete, and up to date. A large part of the daily routine involves article data. Images, texts, technical information, and other product details must be structured, registered, and maintained, primarily in the business system Visma and Excel.

You will, among other things:

  • Structure and update article data in Visma
  • Handle images, product texts, and technical information
  • Create and update manuals, product sheets, labels, and product cards
  • Work with Excel and large amounts of product data
  • Handle information from drawings, constructions, and BOM files
  • Perform simple quality controls during product deliveries
  • Collect product information from suppliers, including internationally
  • Support with simple work in Adobe (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) when the need arises

The work is administrative and requires focus and discipline, but the daily routine can change quickly. Sometimes you need to step away from what you are working on to go to the warehouse to check a delivery or ensure that a product corresponds to the correct specification. If you see opportunities to streamline a workflow with AI, Excel, or other digital tools, you are welcome to challenge how the work is done today.

Who are you?

This could be a really good opportunity for you who are at the beginning of your career. Perhaps you are a recent graduate in technology, product development, economics, administration, or a related field. You may also have some or a few years of relevant work experience.

The most important thing is that you like this type of work.

Where others might experience large amounts of article data and Excel rows as monotonous, you see the satisfaction in creating structure, finding discrepancies, and knowing that the information is correct. You are meticulous and work methodically even when tasks require concentration.

You have good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable with various systems. Experience with Visma is a merit. You also need to have a basic technical understanding and be able to orient yourself in drawings, constructions, and BOM files. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Since Scandtap works internationally, you need to be able to communicate fluently in English, for example, with suppliers to obtain technical information.

As a person, you are meticulous, unpretentious, and flexible. You take responsibility for your tasks and help where needed. You have the patience to do things properly and the curiosity to wonder if they can be done simpler and more efficiently.

Is this your perfect match?

At Scandtap, you will get close to the entire journey surrounding a product and understand what is required behind the scenes when a premium range grows. You will become part of a small team where collaboration, quality, and five-star service characterize the daily routine.

For those at the beginning of their career, there is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and grow along with the role and the company.

You don't need to know everything from the start. But you need to like order, want to understand the product, and have the attitude that whatever needs to be solved, we will solve it.
