About the Company
Our client is a global leader in sustainable stormwater and infrastructure solutions. They deliver flood prevention and water management systems on major UK construction projects, keeping dirty water out of rivers and seas. With big expansion plans through to 2030, this is a brand-new growth hire.
The Package
- £25,000 - £28,000 basic
- 20% annual bonus
- Office-based in St Helens
- Full training, with no construction background needed
- Real exposure to project and account management
The Role & Requirements
Working alongside an Area Sales Manager, you'll turn enquiries into orders through quoting and negotiation, manage leads through the CRM and build strong relationships with key customers. It's fast-paced and target-driven, so you'll need confidence on the phone, a head for numbers, a Maths GCSE (A-C / 4-9) and education to A-level or college level. Sales or construction experience is a bonus, but attitude matters most.
