Resort Manager, North Resort Oy

We are looking for a Resort Manager for our client company North Resort Oy to be responsible for the daily management of a premium-level tourism center and the comprehensive development of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for the resort's operations in their entirety, including personnel, finances, safety, and a high-quality customer experience. You will lead and develop operations with a goal-oriented approach and ensure that the premium-level service package operates smoothly and profitably.

Your key tasks include, among other things, leading and developing sales and marketing, optimizing occupancy rates, developing online sales channels and booking systems, as well as budgeting, financial monitoring, and reporting.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing operational quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainability, as well as cooperating with tourism partners, stakeholders, and authorities. You will report regularly to the company's board.

• Strong experience in supervisory work and service business development
• Good organizational, communication, and cooperation skills

• English language proficiency is essential; other language skills are considered an advantage
