Property and Equipment Maintenance Worker, North Resort Oy, Pello

We are looking for a brisk and hands-on property and equipment maintenance worker for a full-time position at North Resort Oy. In this role, you will get to take care of the diverse maintenance of properties, yard areas, and equipment.

Work tasks include, among other things, snow removal, cleaning of yard areas, and various woodworking and renovation tasks in customer facilities, cottages, and suites. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance and renovation of the bay area as well as the service and maintenance of equipment.

The equipment includes, for example, a wheel loader, snowmobiles, and ATVs, so the role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with machines and practical tasks.

We value:

• Previous experience in property maintenance, upkeep, or similar tasks
• Practical skills and interest in the maintenance of machines and equipment
• Experience with, for example, snowmobiles, ATVs, or construction machinery
• A brisk and proactive work attitude
• The ability to tackle various tasks and solve practical problems
• English language skills are essential; other language skills are considered an advantage
• B driving license
• Readiness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Start of work: 1.11.–15.11.2026, according to the agreement.
