cook (part-time) for an experiential restaurant location

We are looking for a flexible and eager-to-learn Part-time cook for our client company in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season (starting in October) for a unique restaurant location. The position offers approximately 2 shifts per week, so it is a great fit, for example, for a student in the field or alongside another job!

In this role, you will get to learn experiential open fire cooking among an international customer base. You will act as the right hand to the head cook and take responsibility for running the kitchen during their days off. The work is independent but offers a wonderful opportunity to develop your own professional skills in a unique environment.

Your key tasks:

• Independent running of the kitchen during the head cook's days off (approx. 2 times/week).
• Food preparation over an open fire (open fire cooking) in the presence of customers.
• Maintaining high-level customer service and cleanliness in the kitchen.
