Grow with us in the heart of Lapland tourism! Insider Car Rental is a local car rental company operating in Rovaniemi, serving tourists year-round. We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team who want to be part of building a first-class customer experience and developing a growing company in an international operating environment.

As a Fleet Maintenance worker, your job description includes washing rental cars. Occasionally, you may also hand over keys to customers, so please be ready for customer interactions as well. You do not need previous experience in similar tasks; you will succeed in the job with a brisk attitude!

Full-time and gig-based positions are available, so the role suits both those looking for full-time work and those looking for gig work. The work is well-suited, for example, alongside studies or another job.

The work begins during the autumn in October-November according to the contract and lasts as a fixed-term position until the end of March 2027. The employment relationship is concluded as a subcontracting relationship with Aaltovoima Pohjoinen. Please be ready to work in both morning and evening shifts. Night work and on-call shifts are also possible.

What does the job involve?

• Careful washing and cleaning of cars after customer returns
• Inspection and preparation of the fleet for the next customer
• Other common ongoing team tasks regarding the fleet

We expect from you:

• A brisk, independent, and hardworking attitude
• Sufficient English language skills; Finnish is not essential
• A B-class driver's license is considered an advantage for moving cars
• Good interpersonal skills
