MISSIONS:
- Manage internal and external non-conformities: perform root cause analysis in a multidisciplinary team, define the action plan, monitor and measure the effectiveness of actions (8D, PVQ, deviation, etc.) in exchange with customers and our company's departments.
- Analyze data in order to define internal action plans within a cost reduction policy.
- Monitor incoming inspection. Alert the customer in the event that the reception is non-compliant.
- Perform line/product/process audits and participate in customer audits.
- Analyze packaging control results in order to define internal action plans.
- Train and raise awareness among company stakeholders regarding various Quality tools/culture.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Problem-solving knowledge (5 Why - 8D) - Core tools (AMDEC, SPC, MSA, etc.)
- Knowledge of surface treatment by electrolysis
- Knowledge of automotive customer requirements
