To strengthen our Surface Treatment division, we are looking for a/an

Department Manager Goods Receipt / Shipping (m/f/d)

your tasks Control, planning, and monitoring of workflows in goods receipt/shipping

Preparation and provision of delivery and accompanying documents

Leading and motivating subordinate employees

Compliance with operational, work, and organizational instructions as well as customer-specific packaging regulations

Customs clearance and parcel service processing

Schedule planning taking into account quality-relevant, rational, and economic aspects

Conducting employee instructions

Picking and packing customer components

Operation of industrial trucks and forklifts

your profile At least completed commercial, technical, or logistical training, further training in the field of warehouse logistics desirable

Leadership experience (preferably from the second tier)

“Hands on mentality”

Experience and knowledge in the gentle and timely handling of shipments to be processed

Knowledge in the field of warehouse logistics

Control, optimization, and support in process planning

Knowledge in work preparation and safety

Good knowledge of MS-Office

Forklift license

Good English skills
