What you will do
As a potential operator at Aalberts Almere, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high product quality. Working in a dynamic and innovative environment, you will use your technical skills and precision to assemble products, perform quality checks, and contribute to process improvements. With access to modern machines and tools, you'll also have the opportunity to support and guide less experienced colleagues, fostering a collaborative and safe workplace.
What You Will Do:
- Assemble: assemble complex products and components based on technical drawings and work instructions.
- Test: perform electrical connections and test products using measurement tools like calipers and multimeters.
- Inspect: identify, correct, and report deviations to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Document: record material usage, hours, and rejections in the ERP system for accurate tracking.
- Support: assist and coach less experienced colleagues while contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
