About The Role
You will play an essential role within the branch support function helping us to be the largest distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to our customers. As an administrator you will be accountable for ensuring that the site runs smoothly from an administrative perspective, providing essential administrative support within the organisation, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Together we will continue to deliver an efficient, safe and vital healthcare service to our customers Permanent Contract - Monday to Friday 06:00-14:15 or 07:45-16:00 (Times may Vary) - £13.18 per hour! Accountabilities: Act Professionally resolving queries, Investigate and resolve queries in a timely manner through asking the right questions, utilising the information on the system and liaising with the relevant teams Directs activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies Ensure excellent customer experience is provided for site visitors Manage day-to-day fulfilment to meet site requirements, or other specific tasks as determined by your Supervisor/Line Manager Manage diaries, meetings and events Produce routine reports as required, manage diaries, meetings, appointments and records Be accountable for managing your own workload, performing data entry tasks and preparing reports for management Ensure that you remain up to date with all key branches and company messages Take accountability to understand company policies and procedures Adherent to safe working practices including all Company Health & Safety and security procedures Adhere to Business Operating Procedures, SOPs and WIs within the branch to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Particularly adhere to the principles of current Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Distribution Practice and MHRA guidance as well as all other Regulatory requirements if needed Benefits: 20 days holiday rising to 25 over 5 years plus bank holidays Company Sick Pay Pension Scheme Long Service Awards Death in Service Discounted Shopping Platform Employee Assistance Programme A full range of development opportunities including apprenticeships, on the job training and management qualifications, including our step into management programme, regional or even Head office roles- the opportunities are endless Onsite parking with excellent working conditions and transport links. About You
Good working knowledge of all IT systems (especially WMS, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Clear communication skills; a comfortable telephone manner and exemplary written output Excellent problem-solving skills and tenacity to resolve queries Ability to prioritize and organize your own workload Good numeracy and literacy skills Effective team player Previous Good Distribution Practice experience Previous experience of warehouse administration Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form Dealing with queries in a timely manner Dedicated to learning new knowledge and skills, encouraging feedback and demonstrating continuous improvement
