Customer Operations Specialist

Do you have experience in a production environment and do you understand how production, planning, and purchasing influence each other? Can you combine that knowledge with professional customer contact? Then we are looking for you.

As a Customer Operations Specialist at AAE, you take control of customer orders within our high-tech production environment. You monitor agreements, identify risks, and bring customers and internal teams together. For this, we are looking for a professional who maintains an overview, thinks ahead, and takes responsibility.

At AAE, we work with over 550 colleagues on technology that makes the world a little bit better. From our high-tech family business in Helmond, we develop and produce complex modules, systems, and machines for innovative markets such as semicon, medical technology, and industrial automation.

A customer order affects various disciplines. Materials must be available, production capacity must align, and changes can have immediate consequences for the delivery date. You understand this interconnectedness and know which action is required.

We are automating our internal processes at a high pace: reports, moverate analyses, and signaling of deviations are increasingly intelligently supported by AI. What we deliberately do NOT automate is the contact with the customer. That remains human work.
