Accountant

Requirements:

• Complete CA qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years and relevant working experience.
• Proven experience managing and supervising an accounting team.
• Ability to manage branch accounts and multi-location accounting operations.
• Proficiency in IT, ERP systems, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and organisational skills.
• High integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the accounting team at the Head Office and branches.
• Manage and monitor branch accounts and financial operations.
• Prepare financial statements and consolidated management reports.
• Monitor income, expenditure, cash flow and budgets.
• Ensure proper reconciliations and effective financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
• Drive effective use of ERP and accounting software.
• Provide accurate financial reports to Management.
