MEDICAL TECHNICIAN

Job Summary Perform onsite delivery, installation, retrieval, and assessment of healthcare instrumentation equipment while supporting the Operations team with various tasks. Responsibilities Deliver, install, retrieve, and assess healthcare instrumentation equipment onsite to ensure proper functioning and client satisfaction Support the Operations team by completing assigned ad-hoc tasks efficiently and accurately Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet operational deadlines and maintain workflow Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to clients and team members Adhere strictly to scheduled appointment times and work hours, including occasional after-hours and weekend shifts Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to document and report work activities Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license to perform onsite duties involving travel Preferred competencies and qualifications Completed at least NITEC certification, preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
