*Responsibilities*

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently while giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, including food handling and storage practices.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

*Skills*

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly.
