YOUR TASKS:
- As a business partner, you advise business units and division managers of our international company portfolio on economic issues and strategic decisions
- You accompany revenue recognition according to HGB and IFRS and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- You create forecasts and target-actual comparisons, analyze deviations, and derive recommendations for action from them
- For management and our Canadian parent company, you prepare reports tailored to the target audience
- Through analyses and evaluations, you create transparency regarding business development and support the management of our Business Units
- In finance and controlling projects, you contribute analytical thinking, communication strength, and an orientation towards implementation
- You test new reporting possibilities using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude
- You continuously develop processes, reports, and controlling instruments and optimize existing workflows
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a successfully completed degree in BWL, economics, or a comparable qualification
- You have gained initial experience in controlling, finance, or reporting through internships, working student positions, or an initial entry into professional life
- You work confidently with ERP systems and Excel and enjoy analyzing numbers and understanding connections
- Ideally, you bring initial knowledge in international accounting (IFRS)
- You work independently, carefully, and approach topics with initiative and a sense of responsibility
- You enjoy exchanging ideas with managers and specialist departments. You communicate clearly, act confidently, and like to think outside the box
- Digital tools and new technologies excite you. Initial experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is an advantage, but more important to us is your openness to trying new things
- You speak very good English and feel comfortable in international meetings
