YOUR TASKS:

• As a contact person for employees and managers, you will be in demand for all operational HR topics, both in Germany and in our international subsidiaries. Sometimes it's a contract question, sometimes a difficult conversation, sometimes a topic that has never existed before
• You will be independently responsible for the entire recruiting process. You write job advertisements that people enjoy reading, attract suitable candidates via Active Sourcing, and conduct initial telephone calls with applicants before handing them over to the respective manager for a personal interview
• You coordinate our personnel marketing and employer branding activities, for example for job fairs or university cooperations, and are also present on-site yourself
• You accompany our employees through the entire cycle, from the employment contract through onboarding to an appreciative farewell when paths part
• You support our apprentices and dual students and ensure that they arrive well and develop further with us
• You want to think beyond your core business, whether it's a social media post that brings clicks, an idea for health management, or an internal project that you simply kick off
• AI is part of our world. You work with MS Copilot and Claude and experiment with optimizations, automations, and digital agents to see what truly moves us forward. Your goal is HR processes that become faster and better without losing humanity

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial training or a business administration degree as well as initial professional experience in the HR field, for example in personnel support, personnel administration, or recruiting
• Ideally, basic knowledge of labor law that allows you to navigate daily life confidently. You will learn the rest with us, promised
• Proficiency in MS Office; VLOOKUP and Pivot tables do not intimidate you, and if they do, Copilot and Claude are happy to help
• You are fit in digital collaboration (SharePoint & Co.) and want to think about and solve processes technically
• Very good English, because you work daily with colleagues from our international locations
• Empathy and pragmatism: You like people, communicate positively and clearly, and do not shy away from conflict-prone topics
• Curiosity about AI and a genuine desire to try new things, stay on top of developments, and turn good ideas into lived practice
