Key Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect & receive deliveries from vendors and manufacturers, ensuring correct quantities and product condition (doors, flooring, mouldings, etc.).
- Pick, pack & stage orders accurately according to warehouse pick tickets and customer delivery/fulfillment schedules.
- Organize warehouse inventory, maintaining neatness and ensuring safe stacking of heavy items (plywood, MDF, tiles, railings, etc.).
- Perform physical inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in system inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load products onto delivery vehicles, assisting drivers and securing loads to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by ensuring aisles are clear, spills are addressed, and warehouse safety procedures are followed.
