Job Summary

Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support bookkeeping, prepare quotations, delivery orders, and invoices, and maintain accurate receivables records in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Enter bookkeeping data accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and invoices to support sales and delivery processes
• Update and maintain receivables records to track customer payments and outstanding balances
• Use laptop or desktop computers to complete data entry and document preparation tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets
• Use email to communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
• Communicate clearly in English to ensure accurate information exchange and task completion

Other Information

• Hourly wage: $14/hr
• Flexible working hours, typically between 9 AM and 6 PM
• Office location: Ubi Industrial Estate, Blk 3004 #02-124
