Technical Office Architect

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Office Architect to translate approved designs into complete, coordinated construction drawing packages. Responsibilities include site surveys, quantity takeoffs, BOQs, and material specifications, as well as coordinating with relevant engineers, site teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues and update drawings to reflect approved site changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical drawings and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, joinery, and installation details.
• Experience in site measurements, quantity takeoffs, and BOQ preparation.
• Experience coordinating with site teams and contractors and resolving execution issues.
• Ability to produce complete, accurate drawing packages independently.
• Strong attention to detail, efficient workflow, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating construction drawings and technical details.
