IT Project Manager

The focus of this position lies initially on external project management.

You will take the lead on larger and strategic software projects within the various product domains of B.Rekencentra. You will monitor planning, budget, scope, quality, and communication, and ensure that customers, developers, and stakeholders remain well-aligned.

You will work in a context where projects are technically complex and where customers rely on reliable follow-up and clear communication. As a result, you will receive a role with a lot of responsibility, autonomy, and visibility.

Additionally, in the long term, you will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas on how project operations, reporting, and internal processes can be further optimized. However, for you, this is not the primary focus of the role today — the most important thing is that projects are led qualitatively and professionally.

What will you do?

• You lead larger software projects from A to Z;
• you monitor planning, budgets, scope, and quality;
• you are the central point of contact for customers and external stakeholders;
• you coordinate with development teams and internal stakeholders;
• you monitor risks and ensure a structured project approach;
• you report on progress, budgets, and potential points of attention;
• you help keep projects organizationally manageable and transparent.

We are looking for a medior IT Project Manager who has already built up initial solid experience within software or IT projects and is ready to take on more responsibility.

Someone who:

You do not need to be a specialist in aviation or container terminals. Affinity with logistical or operational environments is a strong plus, but experience within software projects and project governance is essential.

Additionally, ideally you possess:

• a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• approximately 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
• knowledge of project methodologies or governance frameworks;
• a professional level of English.
