TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of a BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information and Communications Technology, or any related course
• Knowledge or experience with ticketing systems, networking, troubleshooting, and technical support
• With less than a year of relevant work experience
• Available to work onsite
• Willing to accept a rotating schedule
