Here is where you can shine
- As a well-being expert, you professionally advise guests on the selection of SPA and fitness offers.
- You perform efficient appointment coordination and planning for masseurs, therapists, beauty specialists, and fitness trainers.
- You accept guests' requests for changes regarding already booked treatments.
- You work closely with all employees in the SPA area.
- You inspire our guests regarding the care products of our Depot partners as well as the offers from the SPA and fitness area and actively offer them.
- You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to the guests at all times.
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training in hotel management or the service sector, or relevant professional experience
- Ideally, further training in the field of wellness, cosmetics, or massage, e.g., Wellness Consultant
- A positive aura and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- A competent and warm appearance
- A responsible way of working
- A sincere guest and service orientation
- Communication and teamwork skills
- High initiative and sales talent
- Good English skills
